Bespoke design service
To achieve a great garden you have to start with a great design and the award winning service from Great Spaces is a great place to start. We have designed and installed bespoke gardens for all types and budgets ranging from the "most expensive house ever built in Coventry" to a Michelin starred restaurant to a bijou little courtyard makeover for under £5,000.
If you are after something a little bit "out of the ordinary" - the kind of garden that you might find in the centre pages of the glossy House magazines - then our Bespoke design service is ideal. We always design according to your wishes – we do not impose any in-house styles on you so you are free to choose from a traditional or contemporary feel or anything in between!
We will visit you at your home or premises, survey your garden and produce a full colour design based on your individual requirements and budget. Our designs are hand drawn before being finished off by computer. We will go through our design with you in person, or over the phone, whichever you'd prefer. Reasonable alterations to the design will be carried out at no extra charge to ensure we get it just right for your needs. We think that's only fair.
Once you are happy with your design we will provide you with a fixed price for Great Spaces to install your garden. You are under no obligation to use us for the installation and we would always recommend you get more than one quote just to be sure. However, we feel we offer the best value for money when all aspects of our service are considered.
We can offer our Bespoke Garden Design service if you are lucky enough to live within approximately 50 miles or one hour's drive of our Birmingham, UK base. Outside of this area we can offer our fantastic value Internet/Postal Design Service.

In keeping with our policy of providing clear prices at every step of the way, we offer a fixed price Bespoke design service which is set according to the size of your garden as follows:
Garden size up to 100m2: £195
Garden size 100-250m2: £295
Garden size 250-500m2: £395
Garden size 500-750m2: £495
Garden size 750-1000m2: £595
Over 10000m2 please ask.
If you would like a detailed planting plan this can be provided for an additional 50% of the above prices. These rates apply for plots that are reasonably level – if not an additional charge may be necessary for a more detailed survey.
We think these prices are the most competitive in our industry and its for a very good reason - we don't believe high prices should be or need be a barrier to getting a great garden installed. Because we manage the whole process from design through to installation, we are able to pass on the economies of scale we achieve to you.
