"Essentials" garden design service
The "Essentials" garden design service from Great Spaces is a great way to achieve that fantastic, useable garden you've always wanted. Up until now, if you wanted the benefit of experienced garden designers to provide a bespoke design for you then you would likely end up paying several hundred pounds! Or you could have taken your chances with a local landscaper plucked from the Yellow Pages to produce a sketch on the back of a beer mat for free! But at Great Spaces, by combining design & installation services under one roof and making the whole process much more efficient we are able to offer our Essentials garden design service for just £199 inc VAT! Here's how it works:
1) First we'll send you a brief questionnaire that will help you and us to get a feel for the type of garden you would like.
2) We'll visit your garden, discuss your requirements in detail, and measure and photograph your existing garden.
3) We'll produce a full colour schematic design for your garden, taking into account your preferences and budget.
4) We'll post an A4 laminated full colour copy of this design to you for your approval.
5) We'll include our "Scribble Sheet", a copy of your design on which you can scribble your thoughts and comments to send back to us.
6) We'll make changes to your design, within reason, at no extra cost until you are happy with it. We think that's only fair.
7) We'll provide you with a price for Great Spaces to install your garden.
Where else could you get all this from an award winning design company for just £199 inc VAT? We can also offer a fully detailed planting plan to go with your Essentials garden design for just an additional £99 inc VAT.
We can offer you our Essentials garden design service if you are lucky enough to live within approx 50miles or around 1 hour's drive from our base in Birmingham, UK. It is typically suitable for gardens up to 250 square metres in area, and where your total budget for all the materials and installation is from £1,000 to £20,000. Above this budget our Bespoke garden design service may be more suitable.
